1. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

  • During peak seasons, processing times may be longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times will vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

3. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the United States of America.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (if available).

  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

5. Shipping Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If a package is marked as delivered but is missing, please contact the carrier directly. While we will assist where possible, HyperLink Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@hyperlinkinc.com with photos of the package and items.

6. International Shipping & Customs

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs processing may cause delays outside our control.
